CITIZENSHIP BY INVESTMENT

Grenada grants dual citizenship, visa-free access to china, confers several business advantages
and the opportunity to access the US E2 Investor Visa.

Relaunched in 2013, Grenada has positioned its Citizenship by Investment Programme as a cost effective route to dual citizenship for investors with dependants; it offers visa-free access to over 121 countries including the UK, China and the Schengen Area, minimal taxation, minimal processing fees for families, full residence status, no residency requirements and a currency pegged to the US Dollar.

Grenada is the only CBI country to offer the US E2 Investor Visa and additionally offers business advantages including no restriction on the repatriation of profits, full exemption from import duties, corporate tax incentives and relief. Applications are processed in 3-4 months; to qualify, the main applicant must invest a minimum of $200,000 in the National Transformation Fund or $350,000 in Real Estate.

INVESTMENT OPTIONS

NATIONAL TRANSFORMATION FUND

A one-time contribution towards the National Transformation Fund is a highly affordable investment option offered by Grenada, devised to aid in the development of key tourism, agriculture and alternative energy projects. The initiative is in place to diversify the region and nurture the economy.

- $200,000 for the main applicant.
